Man Kon (Jonathan) Lai – Chairman of the Board
Mr. Jonathan Lai is primarily responsible for the Corporation’s strategic management in the area of sales and marketing. Mr. Lai graduated from Monash University in Australia with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management on November 23, 2000 and a Masters Degree in Business Systems on November 16, 2003. A self-employed businessman since completing his post-graduate studies in the fall of 2003, Mr. Lai has been a director of GIN International Limited since January 2009. From May 24, 2005 to December 27, 2007, Mr. Lai was a director of HyComm Wireless Limited, a Hong Kong listed company and former shareholder of GET. Since January 2006, Mr. Lai has been a director of Plotio Property Management Co. Ltd.

Joel Chin – Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Joel Chin is in charge of corporate strategy, planning and management of the company. He is concurrently the CEO of Inphosoft Group Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of GINSMS Inc. Inphosoft was co-founded by Mr. Chin in 2002 and he grew the company from a 4-man company in Singapore to a 50-man company with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Mr. Chin graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in 1997 with a Bachelor in Applied Science with Merits in Computer Engineering. He has more than 15 years of experience in the software and telecommunication industry. Mr. Chin is a serial entrepreneur and investor who co-founded Mobilelogo Pte Ltd, Ecenz International Pte Ltd and mConnected Pte Ltd and invested in many start-ups in the mobile and internet space. Mr. Chin is also the co-founder and director of Fundonate, a non-profit organization that helps charities raise funds through leveraging technology and social media. Prior to 2002, Mr. Chin held various managerial positions in Singapore Computer Systems Limited and Edgematrix Pte Ltd.

Benedict Leung – Independent Director
Mr. Benedict Leung is the Managing Partner of Leung & Company Chartered Accountants, a public accounting firm since 1992. He is the former CFO of Brazilian Gold Corporation, a TSX Venture listed company with mineral reserves. Mr. Leung is also the Director of Victoria Education Center, a private primary school in the Greater Toronto area. Mr. Leung is the recipient of “The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal” and is the President of Newmarket Chinese Business Association, past president and vice president of Richmond Hill & Markham Chinese Business Association, co-chair of China Trade Mission 2010 and 2012 organized by Confederation of Greater Toronto Chinese Business Associations and the founder president of Guangzhou Association of Toronto. He is also a regular commentator on both Chinese and main stream media on policy issues that are finance and tax related. Mr. Leung is a former director of United Way York Region for 9 years and is co-founder and co-chair of Fair And Responsible Governance Alliance (FARGA). He was also a former director and treasurer of Friends of Alternative & Complementary Therapies Society (FACTS) and is an advisor to Ontario inter-colleges Chinese Debate Association (OCDA). Mr. Leung holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto and was designated as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 in Ontario, Canada.

Paul Law – Independent Director
Mr. Paul Law is the Chief Financial Officer of Boyuan Construction Group Inc., a position that he has held since April 2009. Prior to April 2009, Mr. Law was a Managing Director of Brainlink Investments International Limited, a consulting firm in Hong Kong which provides advisory services in initial public offerings, acquisitions and investor relations. Mr. Law was a Vice President of Prudential Bache Securities (HK) Limited between 2000 and 2001 and had served as Chief Financial Officer – Asia, and subsequently General Manager responsible for Greater China operations of National Australia Bank from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Law had served in various managerial roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank in Hong Kong, and as an auditor for Price Waterhouse both in Hong Kong and Canada. Mr. Law holds a Masters of Business Administrations Degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Finance from McGill University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, the Hong Kong Securities Institute, the Hong Kong Government District Consultative Board and a non-practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Law is fluent in both English and Chinese.
